We work on family planning counseling, information and services ( emphasizing the prevention of unwanted pregnancy in women, teenage pregnancy, STIs and child spacing.

Health Care
Safe Hands Association, offers health care service assistance such as payment of hospital bills after delivery for IDP women, vulnerable women, women living with disabilities and teenage mothers.

Young Girls
The Association equally educate adolescent and young women on menstrual hygiene and equally provide them with ( 3) sanitary pad per person every three months.

Awareness
The Association also create awareness on the physiological changes present during menopause, and provide post menopausal women living in rural communities with supplements( for women)
This Association will work in collaboration with rural communities, urban recognized groups, youth groups, women groups, individual communities, institutions and other organizations in the improvement of the reproductive health conditions, complications and some solution to adolescent, teenagers and women’s health, and assist in solving some of the their reproductive health issues which hinders them from pursuing their education, professional career, and reaching their full potential.
Safe Hands shall equally work in collaboration with regional delegation of health and other government institutions to ensure that, together we could build a solid society that we can entrust the most vulnerable members of our society to for the greater health.
SAFE HANDS ASSOCIATION will help empower women and adolescent in the most forgotten/ forbidden areas of sex education, feminine hygiene, early paps smear evaluation (prevention of cervical cancer in the girl child), puberty changes. In addition to family planning, prenatal and postnatal care, breast feeding education, safe delivery, and post menopausal symptomatology.
